Hood Community College Facilities Maintenance Department intends to use Environmental Controls as the Sole Source for the following: As the Alerton dealer of Oregon, Environmental Controls has factory-trained personnel on staff and has access to proprietary products and information that are part of the Alerton Building Management System. This training and the experience Environmental Controls has with the Alerton product line makes them an excellent provider of Alerton products and the services that support those products. Any entity wishing to protest this sole source procurement must do so prior to 2:00 PM on 12/23/2020. All written protests must include: 1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; 2. A description of the resulting harm to the affected person; 3. The relief requested; 4.
