Performance of Finished Product: The bar coding produced under these specifications must be guaranteed to be readable when processed through/on optical scanning equipment indicated.

SECURITY WARNING: Proper control and handling must be maintained at all times to prevent any information or materials required to produce the product ordered under these specifications from falling into unauthorized hands. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all extra copies, materials, waste, etc., must be destroyed. On-site Government inspection is deemed necessary during the onset of production. The Government shall provided the Contractor with a list of personnel authorized to conduct the on-site inspection. The Government may conduct an inspection without prior notification to the contractor.

NOTE: Only legal Permanent Residents and United States Citizens shall be used in the manufacture of the final product from the time the folders are numbered through the time folders are sealed in shipping containers.
