The Minnesota State Lottery intends to purchase 100 units of All in One dispensing unit customizable up to at least 48 games and comes fully assembled for ease of distribution upon delivery. Complete unit must include promoter dispenser, lighted menu board, literature holder. The Promoter Dispenser feature is covered by Schafer’s patented license 77055718 B2 (since 2006). Schafer Systems Inc. is the only manufacturer and have not license any other company to manufacture this product. According to Schafer Systems, the company have not assigned, transferred, or sold patent rights to another company/individual. There is also no domestic distribution available in the United States.
