In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), the Government intends to solicit a sole source solicitation for the Allegretto Wave Cards. The aforementioned card is required to activate the Government owned equipment for its intended use. Alcon Laboratories, Inc. has proprietary rights to the Wave Eye-Q 1047 system and is the only source for the cards. Without a Allegretto Wave Card, the Wave Eye-Q 1047 is inoperable. The solicitation will be available on 20 June 2017. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334517. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
