U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase Allen-Bradley name brand hardware for our plant monitoring and control system. The statutory authority for this competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304 as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(c) for soliciting orally for purchases not exceeding $25,000.00.
