The City of Fort Myers is seeking a licensed and Florida Department of Transportation qualified firm to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection services which are required for contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing. Services provided by the Consultant shall comply with the Florida Department of Transportation manuals, procedures, and memorandums in effect as of the date of execution of the Agreement unless otherwise directed in writing by the City. Please note: A professional firm will not be considered for CEI services, either as a prime or a sub, for a project for which the same firm or its affiliates is the engineer of record (EOR) or is sub to the EOR.
