Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific, Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under Solicitation W81K02-16-T-0045 to Exactech, Inc in the amount of $50,000.00 to purchase various surgical Allograft Bone and Tissue implant products that will be used in various patient specific surgeries located in the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Service at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. Prior to surgery, the surgeon shall make the determination that these products or other branded products will best meet the individual patients' medical needs/requirements. All products must be FDA Approved.

This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
