The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring Brand Name Only Security Access Equipment for the office located in Alpine, TX. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334310, with a size standard (in number of employees) of 750. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price, technically acceptable. all vendors shall be registered and have an active account in SAM.gov in order to quote. There will be a single award for all items. All quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Quoted products shall meet all required specifications in order to be considered for award. Failure to do so will result in the vendor's quote being considered not technically acceptable. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. Purchase Orders shall be accepted for purchases. Delivery shall be completed no later than 30 days from notification of award. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. Vendors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ.

If a vendor does not submit ALL four (4) required documents, they will be considered non-responsive to the RFQ.
