The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. on a sole source basis for the procurement of supplies and services in support of the ALQ-214 Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures (IDECM) Program.

The BOA will be available for issuing orders for a period of five (5) years beginning in FY22. Each order will be synopsized on the Beta.SAM website, when applicable, in accordance with FAR 5.201(b). This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
