Maintenance consists of priority technical support provided via a Web-based support form, and subcriptions to maintenance releases and major software versions. Altova's expert technical support team will respond within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, 8am through 10pm Coordinated Univeral Time (UTC). Austrian and US holidays excluded. Includes upgrades, updates, and fixes.
The Government will make an award based on the lowest priced, most technically acceptable quote received.
