This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation. The Solicitation Number is Request for Quotation CNSHQ10T0058. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, effective August 2, 2010. This acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted. The North American Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 541990.

The requirement description follows:

Contractor shall provide social media tools for communicating and networking, provide training and technical assistance, provided data and information management support to Alumni (Base plus 4 option years if exercised by the Government). Contractor shall assist in preparing current members and alumni for a lifetime of service by providing training, workshops, Life After AmeriCorps preparation, and other opportunities that build the capacity of members. Contractor shall supply NCCC with the methods to effectively communicate with alumni.

Deliverable: The centralized NCCC alumni information system will contain at a minimum the basic headings provided by NCCC (i.e. first name, last name, campus served at, class year, address, phone number, etc.)

Deliverable: Existing lists of NCCC alumni information in Excel spreadsheet format will be provided to the Contractor by NCCC for input of information into the centralized system.
