The project consists of removing existing three tab shingles, felt underlayment, roof vents and flashing on salt dome structure(s). Replace roof with contractor provided 30-year manufactured warrantied architectural shingles, synthetic underlayment, galvanized flashing and roof vents. In addition, replace substrate as needed with a minimum of one sheet of plywood (1/2” CDX). It is the contractor’s responsibility to provide quantities for roofing material. Asphalt roof shingle color will be determined once the project has been awarded. Contractor is required to haul away all old material.
