The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Emergency/Non-emergency Ambulance Services for inmates at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, KY. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621910 (Size Standard: $7.0 million). The Contractor must be available for emergency ambulance and/or routine ambulance transport services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including Federal holidays. For emergent transport, the Contractor must be on-site at the FMC Lexington within 15 minutes of request. The contract period will consist of a 12-month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. A government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result. Market Research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the government.
