This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is HSFLAR-10-Q-00018A and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All ammunition must be provided in the manufacturer's packaging. FOB Destination shall be Artesia, NM 88210. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price order. Offerors are encouraged to quote on any or all line items they are able to provide. The Government reserves the right to split the award.

Note: 24 hour notification required prior to ammunition deliveries. Deliveries are to be made by 3:00 p.m. MST; however, exception to this may be required by the Government with 24 hour notification. Pallets are to be delivered on the tail of the delivery trailer/truck.

The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items with the following clauses checked: 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-39, 52.225-1, 52.225-13 and 52.232-33.
