The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure several Ampro Adlink Technologies components on a Sole Source Basis to Ampro Adlink Technologies, which is a Small Business.  The components being purchased will be used on a circuit board that Ampro manufactures and which was previously purchased through this company through a prior procurement.
