The Veterans Administration Salt Boston VA Center Research and Development Group intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Biometric Associates to provide services related biostatistician to develop novel statistical methods for the analysis of data from a two-factor cross-over model in accordance with FAR part 6.302-1. This work will involve techniques in theoretical statistics to create unbiased yet powerful computational methods to analyze cross-over data which builds on previous work performed by Biometrics Associates on the analysis of cross-over data from patients with Parkinson s disease (PD) . For the continuity of research Biometrics Associate s services are required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Friday, February 26, 2021 at 1600, EST.
