Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Missile Defense Agency(MDA), intends to issue a sole source award to Anaconda, Inc for brand name Anaconda Team Certified Implementation A, Anaconda Team Strategic, and Anaconda Team Edition – Additional Users. MDA is renewing subscriptions as part of a technology refresh of lab, to renew expiring products required to meet emerging concept development tasking. The use of the Anaconda subscriptions must be acquired to maintain compatibility with the existing computing toolsets and is essential to meet the Government’s requirements.

This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued.  Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
