SECTION 00.11.13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Town of Shrewsbury, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Foundation and Masonry Repairs project at the Donahue Rowing Center, 237 North Quinsigamond Ave, Shrewsbury, MA 01545, in accordance with the documents prepared by Nault Architects Inc, dated June, 2022 The Project consists of: Stabilization of existing foundation walls, exterior grading, sub-surface drainage work, repairs to masonry, and other general building repairs. The work is estimated to cost $225,000.00 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction. General Bidders must include a current DCAMM Prime Contractor Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Prime Contractor Update Statement. General Bids will be received until 10:00AM, August 3, 2022 and publicly opened online forthwith. Filed sub-bids for the trades listed below : Not Applicable Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and must include a current DCAMM Filed Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Filed Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement.
