The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), an Andeen-Hagerling, Inc. Capacitance/Loss Bridge which is manufactured solely by Andeen-Hagerling, Inc. a small business. The Loss Bridge is being procured to perform calibration support for the various oscilloscopes utilized throughout the Navy.
