THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Reference #: N0025917N0016. Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: Draeger Medical, Inc.; 3135 Quarry Rd.; Telford, PA, 18969-1051. The objective of this sole source award is to acquire Anesthesia Ventilator Supplies.
Salient Characteristics must include:
1. Mounting accessories must be specific for Draeger Innovian Anesthesia SW Opts to mount Draeger Apollo Anesthesia Ventilator
2. Must meet Draeger mounting requirements
3. Required delivery by December 09, 2016

Draeger Medical, Inc. is the sole distributer of the required items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339113; the small business size standard is 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All information received by 11:00 AM Pacific Time on November 10, 2016 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Gilberto Esteves at [email protected].
