This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the government's intention to award this requirement using FAR Part 8 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Title/Description: Air Combat Command AMIC/PKA, Langley AFB, intends to purchase: one hundred eleven (111) "A" Bag Mod2-ACC (Color: ACU); one hundred eleven (111) "B" Bag Mod-ACC (Color: ACU); one hundred eleven (111) "E" Bag Mod-ACC (Color: ACU). Please see attached spreadsheets for contents of bags. Please note if you are quoting on the Part Number given or on an equivalent (Equivalent must be approved prior to award). SCOPE: The contractor shall supply all items and Deliver FOB at the designated locations no later than 30 days after receipt of order. Funds are presently available for this project. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
