The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisition Mnagement Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Cardiology Clinc has awarded a sole source procurement to St. Jude Medical (URGENT REQUIREMENT) for Angio Seal VIP 6F.  The contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfied the requirement.  This notice of award is not a request for competitive price quotes.  A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government.  Award was made using SAP.
