TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD, Offerors shall include at a minimum:

  • Provide Unit Pricing for each line item in Section B of the RFQ.
  • Company Name and CAGE CODE.
  • Company Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and e-mail Address.
  • Signed copy of the RFQ, see Page 1 Box 30 a, b, and c.
  • Capability Statement, Not to Exceed Two (2) pages.  

GENERAL INFORMATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested.

Cost of Quotes:  Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this RFQ are the vendor’s sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government. 

RFQ  N6852025Q0015  INFORMATION

Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Aviation Support Equipment (ASE), Solomons, MD 20688 has a requirement for ANNUAL INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE SURVEYS.  The Period of Performance (PoP) is One (1) Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years.  Full Scope of Work (SOW) is provided in the Attached Request for Quote (RFQ) Number N68852025Q0015, see Section C.

Contract Type:  The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) award.

BASIS FOR SELECTION:  Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106.  Offeror’s submissions will be evaluated based upon the following:

  1. Technical: quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award.  To be deemed technically acceptable, the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation must be met.
  2. Price:  Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer from an Offeror with an active SAM.gov account (System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov)) and an acceptable Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) rating (https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil).
