The requested period of performance for the below service is 01 March-15 March 2011.
STATEMENT OF WORK: Provide services of OLDENBURG LAKESHORE INDUSTRIES specialized in shipboard lifeboat davit and winch equipment and systems repairs for inspecting all ten (10) lifeboat davit and twelve (12) liferaft winches for USCG COI.
A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, hardware, staging if required and tools to accomplish this work. Ship's tools shall not be used during this work.
2. Contractor shall submit MSCREP "as found conditions" report with recommended actions via email.
B. STATEMENT OF WORK:
1. Test run and inspect all ten (10) lifeboat davits and twelve (12) liferaft winches. Open and inspect, clutch, gearbox, brake assy and all ancillaries.
2. Adjust and make minor repairs as necessary to make all ten (10) lifeboat davits and twelve (12) liferaft winches work IAW OEM instructions
3. Demonstrate USCG and MSCREP all davits and winches work properly.
