The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Rocky Mountain Laboratories, is seeking to purchase an annual service agreement for two microscope systems:
Titan Krios/D3197/F7216950 & HT Generator
FEG Unit 300KV STD 5530 / D3197.2 & STEM package
Contract Period 2/26/16-2/25/17
Included in the full service on site contract:
• Preferred 48-hour targeted labor response time,
• Labor hours (including travel time and expenses)
• Software Coverage to include updates and upgrades
• Parts Coverage including all accessories listed on contract
• Replacement FEG tip
• 1 Preventative Maintenance visit per unit
This contract will be billed quarterly in arrears.
FOB Point shall be Destination; Hamilton, MT 59840.

This is a Notice of Intent for Annual Service Contract Titan Krios and FEG Electron Microscopes as defined herein. The government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows:
