The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the Ex Libris for the annual maintenance of SFX,Metalib, and Digitool software for the Fairchild Research Information Center from 1 Jun 10 through 31 May 11. The contractor must have data rights to perform maintenance on Ex Libris developed software. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firmed-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 2200 hrs (Central Time) on 27 May 2010. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be awarded to the Ex Libris Group 1350 E Touchy Ave, Ste 200E Des Plaines, IL 60018-3307.
