Amendment 0001 is being attached to RFP SPRBL1-16-R-0008.  As detailed in Section A of the Amendment, the range quantities associated with the production CLINs is being revised.  Additionally, the Technical Specifications and Instructions document (Exhibit A in Section J of the RFP) is updated. 

Becuase of this Amendment, the closing date of the RFP is extended until 1600 EST on January 29, 2016.

Amendment 0002 is being attached to RFP SPRBL1-16-R-0008.  As detailed in Section A of the Amendment, the performance specification previously provided with the RFP is out of date.  The 2010 performance specification is the correct one.  Please contact [email protected] to receive the updated performance specification.
