The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Procurement Operations (OPO), intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with the American National Standards Institute, Inc., 25 West 43rd  Street, New York, NY  10036.  This requirement will result in a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract.  The contractor will provide membership and access to policy committees and forums that influence standards and conformity assessment policy within the U.S. and abroad.  The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.  Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Responses must be received no later than 12:00pm, EST, July 10, 2015.
