This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64 Effective on January 17, 2013. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The solicitation W912NR-17-Q-0702 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is set aside for small business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 321920 - Wood Container and Pallet Manufacturing The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. The Louisiana Air National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable. The Louisiana Air National Guard requests a quote for the contractor to build twenty-one (21) wooden crates according to SPI 00-393-9349 and be responsible for obtaining all materials, expertise required to construct the crates per drawing. Antenna Supports, (two per crate) NSN 5985-01-133-9886, will be provided by the 159 FW. Contractor will agree that crates have a one (1) year warranty. Pricing shall include FOB Destination shipping to NAS JRB New Orleans. Please see attached PWS and Specifications (2 separate attachments).
