The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) currently has two-way signal (repeater) equipment installed on towers to maintain secure radio communication from one tower to another, virtually eliminating shadowing, fading, and dead spots. The tower owners listed below are the only responsible source with the ability to provide mission critical uninterrupted service at the tower locations where TIGTA's government owned equipment is currently located. Relocating the equipment requires down time causing undue hardship to TIGTA's mission and required 24/7 service to special agents.

Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), on behalf of the TIGTA, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to:

Washington County, 432 E Washington Street, West Bend, WI 53095 for the antenna site lease renewal at the following location: West Bend, WI;

Vertical Bridge Holdings LLC, 750 Park of Commerce Drive, STE 200 Boca Raton, FL 33487 for the antenna site lease renewal at the following location: Mineola, NY;

Communications Fund Inc., 8151 Clayton Road, Suite 203, St Louis, MO 63117 for the antenna site lease renewal at the following location: St Louis, MO;

Spectrasite Communications Inc., 2002 Annapolis Mall Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401 for the antenna site lease renewal at the following location: Detroit, MI;

SBA Structures Inc., 5900 Broken Sound PKWY NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487 for the antenna site lease renewal at the following location: Denver CO;

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service will consider all affirmative responses received no later than September 03, 2019 at 10:00 AM ET ATTN: JJ-EDG.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
