The proposed procurement is for four (4) NSNs (5985-01-263-0355, 5985-01-282-7050, 5985-01-399-1736, 5985-01-399-1789) and will be a FAR 15 Unrestricted procurement for code and part-numbered items. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. All responsible approved sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. The Government does not have data rights. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement is for a three-year base period with two options (at Government discretion). Items are for stock and will be shipped to CONUS locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees for 5985-01-263-0355, 1,000 for 5985-01-282-7050, 1,250 employess for 5985-01-399-1736, and 1,250 for 5985-01-399-1789. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, Past Performance and Socioeconomic factors as described in the solicitation.
