Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: CellMarque; 6600 Sierra College Blvd; Rocklin, CA, 95677. The objective of this sole source award is to acquire the antibodies listed. The antibodies must be compatible with the Ventana BenchMark Ultra IHC Autostainer.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All information received by 7:15 AM Pacific Time on May 11, 2016 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Jeff Collins at [email protected].
