The US Government intend to award a Firm Fixed Price, 6 months option under contract clause 52.217‐8 Option to Extend Services for contract FA8523‐14‐C‐0002. This requirement is for support services related to the AN/USM-670 and -670A (commonly called JSECST) Test Program Interface Hardware (TPIH).
Also, this effort will be awarded under FAR 6.302-1, Only One responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This sole source requirement will be purchased from the following company:
AAI Corporation: CAGE 97384

As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), AAI possess all the proprietary hardware drawings and TDP to support the requirements of this effort. The USG currently does not possess adequate data (hardware drawings) to support the O-Level tester through competitive means.

If any sources feel they have the capability to meet the Government requirement, the Government will review this capability for furture requirements
