The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for an Advanced Occupational Education Program leading to a Certificate in Culinary Arts. The focus of the program is intended to provide inmates with marketable skills by providing classes which lead to a certificate. The future services would be provided at the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Bennettsville, located in Bennettsville, SC. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 (Size Standard: $7 million). A Government requirement to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. There is no prior history for this type of service. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
