The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Advanced Occupational Education Programs (Entrepreneurship Instruction) for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, OH. The responsible quoter will be accredited through a nationally recognized accrediting agency and the program should lead to a college certificate, AA, AS, AAS or industry recognized certificate qualifying inmates for at least an entry-level position of employment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 (Size Standard: $20.5 million) and will be solicited unrestricted. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a base period of the Effective Date of Award through 12 months, with four 12 month option periods for renewal. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result.
