NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:  AFSC/PZIOB, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source purchase order to PTC Inc. cage code 0K0D7. PTC Inc. will be providing the following:

33 Each: MNT-DAEBE5340F-T2: ApexAda Embedded Base V4.2 for Solaris/SPARC Targeting ApexAda Exec/MIPS

5 Each: MNT-DANEE5000F-T2: ApexAda Enterprise V4.4 for Solaris/SPARC.

The procurement of the ApexAda Software is to allow the 72 ABW/FM (ALO) to utilize the software required to analyze, test, maintain, and continue development for the E-3 AWACS weapon system radar programs. 

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 30 September 2021.  Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above.  Deadline date for the submittals is 10 September 2021 at 12 PM Central Standard Time.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
