A sole-source, fixed-price procurement with EDAX Inc, 91 McKee Drive Mahwah, NJ, 07430 for the purchase of Apollo X SDD upgrade for Genssis Si (Li) System
The FBI has made significant Investment in purchasing the entire EDS Systems and has determined that is to maintain consistency between systems and to prevent unnecessary cost of replacing the entire system and upgrade to the system will be more advantageous and cost-effective. The upgrade will utilize existing computer software and EDAX is the only vendor capable of providing the required instrumentation. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
