The State's Division of Employment and Training ("the State or DET") is responsible for the administration and oversight of the State's Apprenticeship program. One focus of the Apprenticeship program is to provide training for apprentices who are new to the Apprenticeship program. It is estimated that 2,000 – 3,000 apprentices will be required to take this training annually. DET maintains the environment and access where the training materials will be made available to the apprentices. DET does not anticipate changing any of the existing content of the training material. The intent of this bid to modernize the training, except for the content, to ensure it is compliant with current eLearning standards. The State is seeking a vendor to provide eLearning services that will include the ability to modernize the existing six (6) eLearning modules, provide project management to ensure the project meets or exceeds DET's timeline.
