Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning, Georgia, invites you to their ACQUISTION FORECAST OPEN HOUSE. Representatives from Fort Benning Activities, and MICC officials will provide their anticipated forecast on various opportunities for 2020 and into the future.

Date: March 18 (Wednesday), 2020

Times: Forecast Open House - 9:00am to 4:00pm

Location: McGinnis-Wickham Hall, Room West 105, 1 Karker Street (Building 4), Fort Benning, GA 31905 (see directions using the attached maps for directions to McGinnis-Wickham Hall and Access Control Point)

Event Sign-In from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

NOTE: No fee to attend but preregistration is required - complete the attached registration form to reserve a seat. Attendees who have not pre-registered may not be given a seat if room capacity is reached.

NOTE: A Day Pass for access to Fort Benning can be obtained at the I-185 Access Control Point Visitor's Center. Two forms of picture identification, Driver's License, Current Vehicle Registration and Insurance is required to receive access to the installation.

RECOMMENDATION: Due to the heightened security on Fort Benning and the heavy traffic at the I-185 Access Control Point, attendees should arrive approximately one hour prior to the event.

NOTE: All vehicles entering the Installation are subject to search. Firearms are prohibited and any vehicle found to have firearms will not be admitted to the Installation. Also, policy prohibits use of cellular phones that are not hands free. Violation of the hands free policy may result in a traffic fine.
