The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Tektronix Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 1 each 6GS/s, 2ch, 10bits, 32M point/ch Arbitrary Waveform Generator P/N: AWG7062B, 1 each Base Software: RFXpress for General Purpose IQ, IF and RF Signal Creation P/N: RFX100 and 1 each Radar Signal Generation Software P/N: RFX100 RDR. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based on equipment being proprietary to Tektronix Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
