This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items authorized under Subpart 13.5 and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number, N68335-09-T-0205, is issued as a limited, competitive Request for Quote (RFQ). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure eight (8) Model LW420-RSC, Model LW420A-RSC or Model LW420B-RSC Re-conditioned brand name LeCroy LW420 series Arbitrary Waveform Generators on a limited competition basis among LeCroy Corp. or any reputable distributor of re-conditioned equipment. Any combination of LW420 series units is acceptable. Units must be fully functional with a calibration and/or certificate of conformance, the latest firmware revision and a 30 day minimum warranty. Offerors must be able to satisfy the total quantity of eight (8) units. The delivery schedule for the eight (8) units shall be not later than 30 days after receipt of order and shall be shipped FOB Destination to the following address: N48535 (BUC) NAVAIR ISS Facility Bldg 612, Bay 9, CALSTDS MCAS Beaufort Beaufort, SC 29904-5017 These items shall be used to support the NAVAIR Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) program. The Government intends to procure the equipment listed above under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1.
