The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting Keri Matthews via email only at [email protected], no later than 1:00pm (Eastern) on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.
