The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Landmark Spatial Solutions, LLC, 4635 County Lake Rd, Starkville, MS 39759. The Government intends to purchase Juniper Systems Archer 2 handheld data collection systems with the associated Landmark Spatial Systems, LLC and World Wide Heuristics Solutions Inc software. Any Archer 2 handheld(s) with same or similar capabilities should be submitted with a technical package showing equivalent capabilities. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423430, size standard is 500 employees.

The anticipated award date is 18 January 2019. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 17 January 2019 at 12:00 PM Central Time.
