1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number M20001-17-Q-0011 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
