The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director, Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations, on behalf of the Office of Research Facilities (ORF), Division of Facility Planning intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to DLT Solutions, 13861 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 400, Herndon, VA 20171-4661, for ARCHIBUS and Autodesk Software Subscription and Support Services. The anticipated award date is late August 2013. The associated North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 423430 which has a size standard of 100 employees.
The NIH ORF is responsible for the management of Design, Contruction, Repair, Improvement and Maintenance for all facilities on the various NIH campus. ARCHIBUS is associated with the Facility Information Mnagement system (FIMS) which manages NIH Facility Inventory and Space Assignments. It is particularly complex due to covering a large real property asset portfolio, has multi-purpose cross organizational applicability.
ORF intends to procure on a sole source basis services from DLT Solutions the expanded version of ARCHIBUS v.19.3 and Web Central. DLT Solutions is the only company that can provide the current CAFM system space, data and facility management needs for the ORF Division. The services include providing technical assistance needed to develop, integrate, and deploy the Asset Portal and the Service Desk Module for Key Management associated with the NIH Facility Information Management System (FIMS). The service includes Application Development and Module Deployments (Key Management), Data Migration and Integraton, User Acceptance Testing and Training.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses submitted.
