The AOC is responsible for the maintenance, operation, development, and preservation of 17.4 million square
feet of buildings and more than 553 acres of land Capitol Hill.
The AOC is seeking small businesses that provide products or services that will help maintain and repair the buildings, building structures and grounds of the U.S. Capitol complex; conserve and repair historical objects and artwork; and support the overall functions of the AOC as a Legislative Branch agency.
