This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Synopsis/Solicitation N00178- 17-Q-0057 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation.

This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Sole Source basis ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL (ATI) for services to provide validation and integration of hybrid force, manned and unmanned systems, with the ability to sense, comprehend, predict, communicate, plan, make decisions, and take collaborative actions to achieve operational goals.

ATI is the only entity with the specialized skills, knowledge, and experience required in order to fulfill ONR Code 30's test evaluation requirements

The requested service from ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL represents the minimum requirements of the Government. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov .

Quote is due 14 June 2017, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 30 June 2017.
