This is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy-FEM - San Antonio, Texas. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals. No awards will be made from the responses to this announcement. However, responses may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future procurement. This notice issued by DLA Energy, is to identify potential sources, and solicits industry to express their capability and interest to provide all necessary equipment, tools, supplies and labor to for the delivery of gaseous Argon and Nitrogen to the locations listed, which include both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Cylinders used for this requirement maybe government furnished property (GFP). In addition, the
Government seeks feedback on potential sources capacity to provide cylinders.

Specification Requirements:
1. Argon, Gaseous, NSN 9135-01-649-5578, Type l, Grade A (99.998%) Purity, IAW MIL- PRF-27415C, Performance Specification Propellant Pressurizing Agent, Argon, 7 August 2013.
2. Nitrogen, Gaseous, NSN 9135-01-666-2989, Type I, Grade B (99.99%) Purity, IAW MIL-PRF-27401G, Performance Specification Propellant Pressurizing Agent, Nitrogen.
Anticipated Period of Performance: This potential requirement has an estimated 5-year period of performance.
Estimated Quantities for this potential requirement: 648 Cubic Feet of Argon
37 Cubic Feet of Nitrogen
Capability Statement: Interested qualified organizations should submit a capabilities statement for this requirement. Capabilities statement should include, at minimum, the following information:
*Company MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for any US Government contract award.
