This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.  Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to submit an order to CLS America. 

The intended order will provide for a quantity of 2,050 Alpha Location Collection per PTT/Day, a quantity of 550 Monthly Subscription Fees, a quantity of 100 Monthly Platform Fees, a quantity of 1,200 Data Access via Telnet (Per Minute) and 1,200 Data Access via E-Mail or File Transfer Services.  CLS America, Inc. is the only provider of the ARGOS service providing location information to the United States Government.

As a result CLS America, Inc is the only responsible source to provide the necessary ARGOS required service.
