This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 Effective on June 15, 2009. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. This is a brand name solicitation. Ari Hetra units are already in use at multiple Colorado FMS locations. See attached J&A for additional details on the brand name justification.

This solicitation is a 100% total small business set aside solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333999, and the small business standard is 500. This solicitation will end on April 18, 02:00 EST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's capability to determine which contractor is best suited to meet the Government's needs.
